Shipping limits: We ship anywhere in the continental United States. International orders will be accepted, however you must be aware of your country’s laws regarding your purchase. International shipping will be appraised after your order is taken you will be advised as the actual cost of shipping before payment is expected. Payment Options will be outlined via email. Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses. UPS delivery ask you to sign for your parcels when they arrive at your address.

We carefully hand pack each shipment, but if your order arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it with identical merchandise. Sorry, no returns accepted.

RETURNS POLICYYou may exchange damaged merchandise if reported within one (1) day of receipt for an identical replacement

If you wish to send back a damaged item, please contact us indicating the type of damage your shipment incurred and we will reply with a return authorisation ID and address.  You must send the item to us with your return authorisation ID clearly marked, write or print this ID at the top of the return address.  Failure to include your return ID will result in possible delays in supplying a replacement.

You may want to insure your package. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges. Once your package is received, we will promptly send you your replacement items. We will pay the cost of shipping your newly exchanged items back to you.
